I had to initiate calls.. I was constantly sent to voice-mail until I asked to speak to my attorney. I rate attorney Mark pitts @ 5; however his assistant was unprofessional at a point when I needed answers. I asked to speak to someone else and also received the same negative attitude. I never give rating less than whats deserved, because I operate off of ratings myself. Negativity such as what I encountered should not exist in a setting like this. Again, I say the experience with my actual attorney Mark Pitts via phone is above superb!
